Game of Thrones and Aquaman star Jason Momoa is one of the most down-to-earth celebrities on the planet. He thoroughly enjoys mixing with his fans, pranking his co-stars, and oftentimes brings a smile to everyone’s face. Despite achieving great fame and success with roles like Game of Thrones’ Khal Drogon or the DC superhero Aquaman, Momoa has managed to stay true to his roots. He never shies away from showing off his Hawaiian heritage, like the many occasions he has performed haka for his fans. Quite recently, he showed off his love for his culture and his ripped physique on a recent episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live.

On his latest visit to the popular talk show, Momoa opened up about his tattoos and his roles in recent projects. Kimmel then brought up a picture of Momoa in traditional Hawaiian Malo with his fishing gear. Momoa explained, “That’s a traditional Malo. It’s what traditional Hawaiians wear. I’m doing a show, I’m a creator, writer, director, producer, and actor on this apple series called the Chief of War. And it’s all 1780s – 1790s Hawaii. That’s what I wear every day.”
On being asked if it was comfortable for him to wear, Momoa replied, “Oh my god yes! I actually don’t even like wearing clothes anymore. I mean I’m in it every day.” He then proceeds to strip off and show it to the audience.
