Game of Thrones stars have been landing major roles in almost every big franchise ever since the show got hit. From Marvel to DC and other great production houses, the film industry has benefitted a lot from their immense talents, but there are times when an actor has to choose between projects and it’s not an easy choice. Jessica Henwick, who played Nymeria Sand in the series, landed a major role in the Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery movie, and her future is looking quite bright ahead.
In a recent interview with CNA lifestyle, Henwick recalled how she had to move back to her hometown in England before getting cast in Game of Thrones, “I ran out of money, so I went back and moved back in with my parents.”
Talking about her most recent outing as Peg in Netflix’s Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery, Henwick noted her experience as a crew member was more than just a source of inspiration for her character – it was “hugely educational” for her as an actor. She said, “To be on a set and listen to how the director communicated with the cast and with the crew and how it worked, it was hugely insightful.”
She also revealed the next action star she would love to work with in the future, “I also feel like I’m working my way through ’90s action heroes. I’ve worked with Keanu. I’ve worked with Edward (Norton). Nicolas Cage, you’re next.”
