The release date of House of The Dragon was announced by HBO Max back in March in a Tweet, following an accidental leak by Emma D’Arcy’s agency, who plays Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen in the show. The Game of Thrones prequel is scheduled to premiere in the USA on August 21, 2022, at 9:00 PM ET and in the UK on August 22, 2022, at 2:00 AM BST. The episodes will air weekly at the above timings on HBO Max and Sky Atlantic.
