Game of Thrones employed some of the most good-looking talents across the world, however, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. This is so true in the real world, for example, Conleth Hill who played Lord Varys was really depressed when he had to chop his hair for the role, until Rory McCann (The Hound) told him to shut up. Actress Maisie Williams, who played Arya Stark on the show, also struggled with her looks and self-confidence for a while, even during her time on Game of Thrones.
Williams has been known to experiment with her looks a lot, from rocking a brunette pixie cut to going platinum blonde with bleached brows for her role Pamela Rooke in the FX biopic Pistol. She has surprised her fans yet once again, this time shaving her head completely and going for a buzzcut.
She recently posted a picture of her new look on Instagram with the caption, “washing head w facewash.”
Ever since the news of Game of Thrones spinoffs has been in the air, especially after George R. R. Martin revealed Kit Harington is working on a Jon Snow spinoff, fans have been demanding a series with Maisie Williams’ Arya Stark. Williams earlier denied all rumors about her returning as Arya in any of the spinoff shows, however, she did return for her fan-favorite role in WB’s MultiVersus video game.
